L’esercizio dell’autonomia statutaria nelle s.r.l. a partecipazione pubblica e nelle s.r.l. “crowdfunded”. Spunti da un'analisi empirica

This volume presents the results of an empirical analysis on how statutory autonomy is exercised in Italian limited liability companies (società a responsabilità limitata, SRL), with specific reference to two subsets: SRLs owned by the State or other public entities, and SRLs that have resorted to investment equity crowdfunding. Through the creation and analysis of an original dataset covering a sample of companies belonging to each of these two internal variants of the SRL type, the volume presents and discusses data relating to the financial and organisational structure of the companies in question, of potential interest both to scholars of business law — in particular company law — and to practitioners operating in the specific fields under examination.

Il volume raccoglie i risultati di un’analisi empirica avente ad oggetto l’esercizio dell’autonomia statutaria nelle s.r.l. a partecipazione pubblica e nelle s.r.l. che ricorrono all’investment equity crowdfunding. Grazie alla creazione e all'analisi di un dataset originale relativo a un campione di società appartenenti a ciascuna di tali due "varianti" interne al tipo s.r.l., sono presentati e commentati dati attinenti alla struttura finanziaria e organizzativa delle società in questione, di potenziale interesse sia per gli studiosi del diritto commerciale, in particolare societario, sia per quanti operano negli specifici ambiti di indagine.
