The Power Point presentation illustrates the training, development and communication activities at the Milano-Bicocca University Library, which were carried out from 2004 to 2014. For each activity we both provide an overview and treat one topic in greater detail: as for communication and marketing, first we present print/online products as well on-site activities, then the focus shifts towards the advertising of the digital library, our top priority in 2014; as for organizational development, we give an overview of all the customer satisfaction surveys carried out in a decade, report the main results of the last survey, and explain a project of Action-Research; as for user education, we present the general organization and the information literacy model, and also show the e-learning platform, launched in 2014.
La presentazione in power point illustra le attività di formazione, sviluppo e comunicazione svolte presso la Biblioteca di Ateneo di Milano-Bicocca dal 2004 al 2014, focalizzandosi su alcuni aspetti: rispetto alla comunicazione e al marketing, si passano in rassegna i prodotti cartacei ed elettronici e le attività realizzate in loco, per poi soffermarsi sulla promozione della biblioteca digitale, priorità del 2014; rispetto allo sviluppo organizzativo, si offre una panoramica delle indagini di customer satisfaction realizzate in un decennio, si presentano i principali risultati dell’ultima indagine e ci si concentra su un progetto di ricerca-azione; rispetto alla formazione degli utenti, si presenta l’organizzazione generale e il modello di information literacy, e infine ci si focalizza sulla piattaforma di e-learning, novità del 2014.
