The authors have conducted a review and reanalysis of the observations used in their study [1] following comments received on the analysis in a prior version on the Journal website. The Publisher apologizes that these changes were not made before final publication but for completeness and ease of reference for readers the full article has been published again with a new analysis [2]. An Editorial Commentary accompanies the new analysis [3]. The authors repeated all data analyses by considering only studies with a higher number of subjects avoiding those with overcounting data. They also performed sensitivity analysis to avoid the possible overcounting and duplication of subject numbers. The authors have thus not included several studies in the original article.
