Il regime del provvedimento amministrativo nazionale contrastante con il diritto dell'Unione Europea

The thesis focuses on the problem of illegitimacy of national administrative decisions in a comparative perspective. After a brief historical framework concerning the interaction between EU System and National legal orders, the analysis points out contrasts and similarities regarding violation of national administrative acts within different european legal systems (Italy, France, Germany). An extended analysis of european administrative principles is also provided, in order to stess the common roots of the supranational system. A final remark concerning judicial remedies is done with respect to italian administrative law.
