"Arianna" (https://vimeo.com/702328994) is a video-performance designed, danced and composed six months after the conclusion of my research fieldwork, which took place between March 2020 and July 2021. The research followed a co-operative inquiry methodology (Heron, 1996) and also an autoethnographic approach (Adams, Jones, Ellis, 2015; Spry, 2001; 2011). In it, I wondered: if and how can the experience of crisis contribute to orienting individual and collective learning towards transformative outcomes? The research context is also my professional field: I work for a social cooperative in Northern Italy that manages services for the social inclusion of people with disabilities. My doctoral research is part of a workplace doctorate that involves an agreement between the company and the university starting from a need or problem arising from the field. Specifically, the need expressed is related to the innovation of social educational practices of services for people with disabilities, following the perception of certain signals coming "from above" (laws and cultural paradigms) and "from below" (new demands from families and the loca context).
