Corporate Social Responsibilities and Organizations Development in the People's Republic of China. Human Resources Retention by Corporate Citizanship. The role of CSR in the organizations' development and HRM is affecting not only transnational corporations that have invested in the People's Republic of China but also Chinese private and state owned enterprises. This research present an innovative investigation regarding the disruptive force generated by the Job Hopping between Chinese companies. The research analyze the causes of the HRM problems related to the loss of key human resource due to a "fast jump between jobs", taking in to account the CSR perspective.
