This study has tackled the topic of the religious and legal consequences of immaterial harm, with the aim to illustrate religious authentication in dealing with this type of harm according to the analytical jurisprudence extrapolative method, then the comparative method in studying the basic axis upon which to look at the legal and religious consequences of immaterial harm according to the sublime legislative principles and intentions that care about preserving the legitimate rights to assure the rights and justice between all human beings. Thus, this study treated the topic of immaterial harm through illustrating first, the reality of this harm in order to explain its types, characteristics and its concept. Then the responsibility of immaterial harm legally and religiously, and the different perspectives of this responsibility. Lastly, the due penalty for this responsibility, and the related consequences.
