This study dealt with the legal ruling, which concerns Muslim minorities’ personal status issues with the aim of studying the most important cases existing in the society of Muslim minorities in Western Europe, in accordance with the analytical juristic, inductive methodology in studying juristic disciplines issues taking into consideration the true state of affairs of Muslim minorities and the circumstances involving its individuals and consequently, perceive it within its special framework within the general jurisprudence domain for the sake of achieving the aims of legislation represented in preponderances and judgments it reaches. The study included seven juristic issues, five of which discussed marriage contracts and two discussed the dissolution of this contract, which includes divorce and separation. By studying these juristic issues, it has been possible to identify the legal reasons of the rule related to the acts of the legally capable from members of Muslim minorities. The study revealed that it is necessary to consider implementation of these rules according to the circumstances and conditions involving the legally capable so that the preferred opinion in juristic disciplines shall be closer to achieving its objectives.
