Modélisation sous R de la pêcherie et des flux de nutriments Modélisation sous R de la pêcherie de Mostaganem et des flux de nutriments (N, P, Si) de l’Oued Chéliff (Algérie)

Our study is based on analyzes of physic-chemical data, hydro-biological, and marine fisheries of Mostaganem, by multivariate analysis using the statistical software "R free" which helped conduct a comparative study on a large scale over a period of two years (2009 and 2010), so as to characterize ecosystems where there are the contributions of Cheliff river: nutrients (N, P, Si) and pollutants from the urban environment, agriculture and industry. Our follow-up revealed the presence of nitrogenous substances, phosphorus and sulfur and a high concentration of suspended matter in the Cheliff River. The biodiversity of phytoplankton was discussed and compared between the two media "Cheliff River and the Bay of Mostaganem." Moreover, the state of the abundance of fishery resources fisheries Mostaganem was analyzed and discussed by quantifying fish production in relation to the availability of nutrients and autotrophic phytoplankton taking into account the presence or absence connectivity of the Cheliff River-Bay of Mostaganem.
