The paper explores presuppositions about career guidance in Higher Education. The project Conosco e scelgo involves a whole institution (Milano Bicocca, 8 faculties, 35.000 students) into a systemic process aimed to innovate traditional cultures and practices. “Let’s speak about it” is a group setting where stories, theories and actions about dreams and projects, study and work, un-certainty and choice are generated.
