The sense of disorientation felt, not only by the jurists, in the face of the ongoing terrorist attacks of the last few months and the last few years, can and must find explanations and answers, even from some philosophical and legal analyzes. It is therefore important to clarify the main concepts used, especially concepts of "war" and "terrorism". We are faced with difficult challenges, but we must never give up the role of law and intellectuals in favor of security and freedom. In the background of these discourses, to tell the truth, we also have an other, but often very important, issue: the issue of peace.
