Abstract

Mental health in the educative workplace is the theme of this research. It is pregnant because the mental health was a fundamental right declared at the European conference of Bruxelles, organized by World Health Organization last June. The promotion and the support of the well-being in workplace was one of the most important focus to assure a good quality of life. However, often just in the contests of the help-professions, where mental health should be promoted, the staff lives distressing experiences in the relationships with users, peers and institution, without a place for nominate, think and elaborate the discomfort in relation at the device where it shows itself. The emotions and the representations become a “knew didn’t think” that remains like a shadow, a loop that only if released can transform itself in a precious resource for “learn to experience”. This is the point of my qualitative intervention on the field based on the model of the “clinic of the formation”: reflecting how the group works has re-launch a formative project that’s useful for think back to the roles, the emotions, the organization and the planning of the activities; it makes the group “resilient”, that is capable to cope the difficulty and the stress that every day the educative work causes at the educators.
